De fapt bulgarii sint un pic mai avansati pe drumul infundat, ei inghetand procedura lor de achizitie din 2017, cu un an inaintea romanilor:

De data asta cu siguranta vor fi mai multi competitori:
Seven companies have confirmed that they will bid to build two multi-purpose patrol vessels for Bulgaria’s Navy, Rear Admiral Mitko Petev, the Navy Commander, said on November 13.
Bulgarian National Radio reported Petev as saying that two of the firms were from Germany, and one each from Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Bulgaria.

Pe scurt, se cauta doua nave dotate cu armament anti-aerian, anti-submarin si helipad, in valoare totala de USD567mil care sa inlocuiasca Smeli, Verni si Reshitelni. Adica una din cele doua corvete Pauk, o fregata Koni si una din cele trei fregate belgiene Wielingen? N-are sens. Probabil e vorba de Bodri si nu de Verni.
Ca sa aflam cum se va termina achizitia romaneasca, sa-i urmarim deci pe vecinii cu care ne place cel mai mult sa ne comparam.
